Every place tells a story by the way it is inhabited. In the case of abandoned buildings, the stories rest and get dust, the forgotten objects shape small scenarios that talk about nothing but absence.

For this series, I visited different abandoned buildings from Kalbe (Milde) in Sachsen Anhalt and by inhabiting them and playing with the objects, attempted to rewrite the histories of these spaces. A room in a residential building, a warehouse, a train station, an apartment's bathtub and a house's workshop; these places as story containers get new scenarios and new possibilities for pedestrians to imagine
